Electro-mechanical Load Cell of PMT is specially designed to measure the load by mechanical readout as well as electrical readout simultaneously. For mechanical output it is constructed by a set of lever arches mounted on the longitudinal axis of the cell. When load is applied on the cell, change in tension causes corresponding change in mechanical readout unit. For electrical output, when load is applied to the cell are measured by the Potentiometer thus converting into an electrical signal which is transmitted to the electrical readout unit.
