The Hydraulic Load Cell of PMT is designed and developed to monitor tensile load in tieback anchors, rock bolts, retaining walls or compressive load in structures. The Load Cell consists of two ring-shaped stainless-steel plates welded together around their circumference. The annular space between the plates is filled under vacuum by de-aired oil. The pressure in the load cell is measured by manometer. transmitted to the readout unit.
